Sweet and rich, yet well balanced by its zesty acid, this Late Harvest wine has the color of straw which deepens as it ages. Notes of peach, honey and apricot apprehend the palate while nuances of nut and vanilla keep things complex.
Pinot Meunier contributes aromatics and a subtle element of red berry, while the Chardonnay gives this blend its tropical fruit flavors; Pinot Blanc adds a bright crispness. This wine is extremely clean with a long gentle finish.
