Merlot gives Pallas Estate Red a bit of softness with a big cherry punch while malbec rounds out the structure with a blueberry aroma and deep crimson color. For Pallas Cab, structured flavors of dark berries, with notes of cocoa, spicy herbs, and sweet earth unite integrated tannins which give way to a long, balanced finish.
