2001 Vintage Odyssey
To My Friends:
2001 Vintage Odyssey has begun. Budbreak hit Sonoma Valley on March 17th three days before the spring equinox. Ol' St. Paddy would have been honored. Late rains in the beginning of March have helped push us toward a normal rain year. It looks like everything is in place for a potentially good growing year.
Sunnyslope Chardonnay budbreak 2001 - 3/17.
Budbreak 2000 - 3/22, 1999 - 3/25, 1998 - 4/5.
