Sauvignon Blanc
-
Bright and fresh with floral aromatics, our Signaterra Sauvignon Blanc has intense minerality balanced against citrus and stone fruit flavors. Sur lee aging contributes an elegant roundness in the texture while crisp acidity gives the wine a structured clarity. Like a brilliant young string quartet.

In the glass, our 2008 Paradiso de Maria has the color of white gold. Aromas of alfalfa, lemon, fig and hazelnut introduce the wine. In the mouth, it lights up your palate. The entry is fresh but silky and it has a very unusual, chalky, grippy, mid-palate you won’t find in any Sauvignon Blanc. The wine has an electrifying finish, crisp, clean, super long. Think of it has a windshield wiper for your tongue.

Stainless steel fermentation preserves the bright, crisp acidity of our Sauvignon Blanc. Grassy aromas introduce flavors of citrus – lemon and grapefruit – followed by hints of melon, guava and passion fruit. Concentrated fruit flavors are enhanced by a refreshing acidic structure and harmonious mouthfeel.

This Old World-style Sauvignon Blanc offers subtle minerality and notes of grapefruit and lemon. The wine’s acid is both balanced and integrated, giving this wine an elegant softness.
