This Zinfandel has ripe fruit flavors reminiscent of raspberry and dark cherry. In the nose there is a wonderful earthy-ness foretelling elements of coffee, spice, pepper and a hint of chocolate in the wine. Our 2006 has a wonderful balance of structure and softness. The mouthfeel is silky smooth with a lasting finish.

Our 2006 Bruschera Vineyard Zinfandel has fresh aromas with good intensity. It is rich in texture on the mid-palate with well integrated tannins. Concentrated fruit from old vines produce aromas of blackberry compote, bramble, and cherry with hints of oak. Jammy flavors of dark fruit, spice, sweet oak and espresso bean linger on the palate. The finish is long and smooth with good complexity. Drink now or cellar for the next 4-5 years.
