You’re invited to virtually cook and sip with us in honor of Earth Day! We’ve teamed up with Bay Area-based company, Truffle Shuffle, to provide a deliciously fun night of food and wine. From the comfort of your own kitchen, learn how to prepare Fresh Pasta and Truffle Sauce. Along the way, we’ll taste two of our Biodynamic wines: 2018 Bella Luna and 2016 Oonapais.
Winemaker Lisa Amaroli, Chris Benziger, and Jill Benziger will be joined by a former French Laundry Chef for the evening. We’ll learn cooking tips and share wine stories, too. Will you join us for this perfectly paired class?
