Wine Club Membership Cancellation Policy
All Benziger Family Winery wine club memberships are ongoing and will continue until cancelled as described below. By signing up for a Benziger Family Winery wine club, you authorize Benziger Family Winery (or its affiliates) to charge your credit card on an automatic, recurring basis for the costs of the wine club you have chosen to join as those costs are described at the time of sign up (as the same may be changed from time to time.) You may cancel your membership in any Benziger Family Winery wine club after receiving one season (Fall or Spring) of wine club selections by filling out and submitting the Wine Club Membership Change Request Form online or by sending us written notice of cancellation by (a) e-mail at email@example.com, (b) submitting your cancellation online at our website at www.benziger.com/contact-us or (c) calling us at 800-989-8890 or (d) letter mailed to us at: Benziger Family Winery, 1883 London Ranch Road, Glen Ellen, California 95442, Attn: Wine Club Cancellation. Any cancellation will take effect immediately following our receipt of your cancellation. Please note, if your request to Suspend or Cancel your account is not made prior to the next billing cycle, additional fees may be incurred to cancel, reroute or return orders in progress. Please be sure to include your name, billing address and which club you chose to join that you now want to cancel your membership in when you write to us.
