Thank you for contacting us about your wine club membership. We can either cancel your membership completely, or temporarily suspend your account if you are traveling, moving, or simply need to take a break from receiving automatic wine shipments.
While accounts are in "Suspended" status you may still take advantage of all club member benefits including, discounts on wine, complimentary tastings and tours and invitations to exclusive club only events. You will not receive your regularly scheduled club shipments during the time your account is suspended. Accounts may be suspended for up to 1 calendar year (2 consecutive seasons) and will automatically resume when Suspension date expires.
If you wish to cancel permanently, we would greatly appreciate a brief explanation of your decision. We strive to ensure each club member is satisfied with their membership, please let us know how we could have improved your experience.
