Request a Delay Delivery
Due to federal regulation, an adult 21 years or older must be available to sign for any wine delivery. UPS and FedEx will typically make 3 delivery attempts to the address provided on the shipping label. After a 3rd failed delivery attempt, packages will be held for pick-up at the carrier facility for 5 business days before being returned to the winery.
If your order is currently in transit and you or another adult 21+ are unable to accept the delivery on the estimated delivery date, you may request a delayed delivery.
A charge of $20 per package, imposed by our carriers, will be processed using the default credit card on file for your account. If a credit card is invalid or missing, a winery representative will reach out for payment prior to processing your request.
Please be aware that delayed delivery requests are not guaranteed, and orders may deliver up to 24 hours after the new date requested. Your request will be processed by the winery within 48 hours of form submission.
If we cannot process a redirect with the information provided, we will contact you within 48 hours of your form submission.
