Are you open to the public? +

Yes, we have are currently open Thursday- Monday. Walk-ins welcome at our main bar for groups of 8 or less. Groups of 9 or more require an advanced reservation. Seated Tastings and Tours are also available with an advanced reservation. Visit our Tours & Tastings page for more information on the various types of experiences we offer. Our last tasting in the main bar is 4:30pm.

Am I allowed to bring outside food or drink on property? +

Yes, outside food is allowed at our Terrace Picnic Tables, with minimum wine purchase, for groups of 6 or less. Outside alcoholic beverages are not allowed due to license & permits. Groups of 7 or more, please contact us at (707) 935-3010

Are dogs allowed? +

Leashed dogs are welcome in the main Tasting Room and outdoor areas. Due to space limitations, dogs are not allowed at indoor tastings and tours. We ask that the dog remain on the leash the entire time.

Can we see the animals? +

The sheep and cows at Benziger are an integral part of our Bidoynamically-farmed estate. we love seeing them roam the vineyards in the spring when they do a fantastic job of naturally weeding and fertilizing the land, but unfortunately we are unable offer a petting experience with our animals.

What is your cancellation policy? +

We ask that you cancel 24 hours prior to your reservation to avoid a no-show charge. If you have booked a reservation and do not show, we will charge the total price of your tasting. Please note, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, we cannot guarantee your appointment and you may be subject to a no-show charge. For Private Events & Large Group reservations, please refer to your agreement-contract for policies.

How will I know my request for a reservation has been booked? +

If you are able to submit a reservation for a date and time on our website, that slot will be on hold for you until our Guest Services team is able to review, accept and officially book your tasting. Confirmation emails will be sent at 11:30 pm every night once the reservation is booked. You can also review the status of your reservation by logging in to your account and clicking on “My Reservations”.

Are you open during the holidays? +

We will be closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day to allow our staff to spend time with their families. We are closed at 2pm on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve (if these holidays fall under normal operating hours).

Are children allowed? +

Children are only allowed in the Tasting Room and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. We kindly request guests to be 21 and older for all Seated Tastings and Tribute Tours. We do not have a children's play area or entertainment for children.

Do you offer benefits for Visa Signature cardholders? +

Yes, we offer 2 for 1 main bar wine tasting for Visa Signature cardholders. Must use Visa Signature card and sign up for our mailing list to redeem offer.

Are ride share services available in the area? +

Uber and Lyft are available, but limited availability in the area, and may incur long wait times. We recommend pre-booking your ride in advance.

Are there any special dates and hours for the tasting room? +

Sunday, November 3rd, 2024: The tasting room will be closed at 2pm for a Wine Club Event. The last tasting will be available at 1pm.

Do I have to wear a mask? +

Masks are not required for anyone.

Are the tours wheelchair accessible? +

Yes, please inquire for details and availability.
