Important Information for Requesting a Redirect
Due to federal regulation, an adult 21 years or older must be available to sign for any wine delivery. UPS and FedEx will typically make 3 delivery attempts to the address provided on the shipping label. After a 3rd failed delivery attempt, packages will be held for pick-up at the carrier facility for 5 business days before being returned to the winery.
If your order is currently in transit and you or another adult 21+ are unable to accept the delivery at the original address, you may request to have your order redirected to a new address.
A charge of $22 per package, imposed by our carriers, will be processed using the default credit card on file for your account. If a credit card is invalid or missing, a winery representative will reach out for payment prior to processing your request.
Please be aware that redirect requests are not guaranteed and will delay the delivery of the package at least 24 hours from the original estimated delivery date. Your request will be processed by the winery within 48 hours of form submission.
If we cannot process a redirect with the information provided, we will contact you within 48 hours of your form submission.
