Tribute Estate Tour & Tasting

Explore our gorgeous Sonoma Mountain Estate on our award-winning tour, and learn about our sustainable Biodynamic farming practices while enjoying a tasting of six Estate wines. The tour includes a stop in our wine cave, before enjoying a seated tasting of our limited-production Biodynamic Estate wines paired with local artisan cheeses & accouterments. This semi-private tour lasts approximately 90 minutes and is limited to 8 guests per time slot.

Biodynamic Tractor Tram Tour

Take a ride through the vineyards on our award-winning Biodynamic Tractor Tram Tour. Explore the sights of our Sonoma Mountain Estate and learn about our Biodynamic farming practices. The tour concludes with a tasting of four unique limited-production wines, with the entire experience lasting approximately one hour.

Reserve Estate Seated Tasting

Enjoy a special Reserve flight with one of our knowledgeable wine specialists featuring five Estate Biodynamic wines, available exclusively at our winery.

Parlor Group Seated Tasting

Plan your next group outing at Benziger, and enjoy a private seated tasting in our Tasting Parlor— perfect for groups of 5-8 guests. Explore our Biodynamic, Sustainable, and Organic wine portfolio with a flight of five limited production wines with a dedicated wine specialist to host your tasting. Experience available seasonally, October- April.

Wine Tasting

Visit us in the Tasting Room wine bar for a casual exploration of our award-winning green wine portfolio, and browse local wine country goods in our gift shop. Wine Club Members are invited to enjoy a tasting in our private Wine Club Room. Walk-ins welcome for groups of 8 or less, no reservation required.

Terrace Picnic Tables

Take in the beauty of our Sonoma Mountain Estate with a picnic on the Terrace. Enjoy a glass of wine, and pick up some snacks in the tasting room to enjoy with your wine. A curated selection of cheese, charcuterie, and artisan snacks is available for purchase, or bring your own picnic to enjoy. Weather dependent experience.

One bottle purchase required for every two guests.

Biodynamic Trail

Self Guided-Tour
Take a stroll through the BDT on your next visit to Benziger! Take in the vineyard views and enjoy a peaceful walk through the gardens, learning about Biodynamic farming along the way. Located next to the parking lot, this self-guided experience is available during normal business hours, no reservation required. Ask us about hosting your private event here!

Winter Reserve Seated Tasting

Join us for an intimate indoor wine tasting, and enjoy a guided exploration of our Reserve wines with one of our knowledgeable wine specialists. Kick back at the Ranch House, and savor the flight of five Estate Biodynamic wines, available exclusively at our winery.

I was traveling solo and stopped here on way from Jack London's estate. I loved the tour, learned so much from David! It was great to learn about their natural practices. The views from every point are spectacular! I loved to go into the cave and smell the wine. The tasting at the end was adequate, with four samples. I ended up purchasing two bottles to take with me. All in all, it was a great day!

Best experience of our wine weekend. Byron was a great host, very knowledgeable about what makes them different than all the rest. You can’t go wrong with this property. All six of us agreed it was the best tour in Sonoma and Napa....awesome wine!!!!!

Stopped here after hiking Jack London park. It's a lovely hilltop winery with pretty grounds, a tram tour, history lesson, and a big board with the family's recommendations for local must sees. We ended up shipping wine home after a tasting. The grounds are really nice with a big outdoor seating area.

This whole experience was really great! We went after a friend's suggestion. The tour was given by one of the member of the family. It was very educational and fun. The wine samples were great and the whole property was beautiful.

What an awesome experience, even for a local!!! Everyone should make a plan to go to this winery to do the tram tour. the winery groups are super awesome and hearing the their story was fascinating! You learn about the 5 B's (Birds, Bees, Bob Cats, Bats and Bugs). They actually have 14 bird boxes that both the owls and the bats share. The owls enter through the round hold and the bats stay in the elevated roof of the houses. Who would have thought that these two very different species could be room mates. Our tour guide/driver David was super awesome as well as Barbara who check us in! A must for your to do lists!
