Harvest Update 2022
Benziger wrapped up harvest quickly this year, just before mid- October, which was the earliest finish since 2004. The growing season was mild and consistent, until the last month, with Sonoma County experiencing extreme heat over Labor Day weekend, followed by rain. The fruit looks stunning with concentrated flavors and balanced acidity, as reported by The Wine Institute.
